Film Screening: Cat City

Join us in the Packingtown Museum for a special screening of “Cat City” (2023), a feature documentary chronicling Chicago’s love/hate relationship with feral cats. It tells the story of Chicago's outdoor cats, the communities that look after them, and the ordinance that protects them. From cat colony caretakers, animal welfare activists, and policy analysts, to local birders and environmental conservationists, Cat City presents a holistic portrait of feral cat issues and interventions to inform better outcomes for all people and animals. A panel discussion and Q&A session will follow.
